An EFT Tapping Practice For Finding Your Center
Feeling ungrounded and disconnected? Tap in below.
It is officially Spring and the start of a New Year. I’m dreaming of lazy Summer days by the water, grazing barefoot in the garden, and the warmth of the sun on my skin.

We are living in wild and charged times my friends. The intensity, the sense of urgency, and constant pull for us to pick a side, react, engage can be exhausting and destabilizing.
It’s easy to get lost in the stories of collapse, fear, and separation. However we always have a choice. It’s not about denying the reality of our times but in order for you show up as the best version of yourself your cup needs to be full.
When we reclaim our nervous systems, we reclaim our sovereignty. We step out of the loop of catastrophizing and into presence. We stop reacting to the world as it is and start creating the world our hearts know is possible.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a simple way to bring yourself back to YOUR center, soften, find clarity, and peace.
This is your invitation to step through the portal to a deeper timeline. We are here to remember, to dream, and to create.
What is EFT Tapping? (Link to practice below)
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, is a holistic healing method that combines ancient Chinese acupressure with modern psychology.
It involves gently tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on an issue—such as stress, fear, or limiting beliefs—and using affirmations to rewire the nervous system.
EFT helps release emotional blocks, reduce stress, and restore balance by calming the body’s fight-or-flight response. It’s often used for emotional healing, trauma release, and even physical pain relief. Many people find EFT to be a simple yet powerful tool for self-empowerment and transformation.

Each EFT tapping point corresponds to a meridian in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is connected to specific organs and emotions. Tapping on these points helps clear blockages, release stuck energy, and restore balance. Here’s a breakdown of the major EFT tapping points and what they represent:
1. Karate Chop (Side of the Hand – Small Intestine Meridian)
• Represents: Resistance, self-sabotage, psychological reversals
• Purpose: Helps reprogram subconscious beliefs, increase self-acceptance, and dissolve resistance to change
2. Eyebrow (Bladder Meridian)
• Represents: Fear, trauma, inner conflict
• Purpose: Clears limiting beliefs, anxiety, and mental tension
3. Side of Eye (Gallbladder Meridian)
• Represents: Anger, resentment, frustration
• Purpose: Helps release stress, overwhelm, and suppressed emotions
4. Under Eye (Stomach Meridian)
• Represents: Anxiety, worry, safety concerns
• Purpose: Eases stress, improves digestion, and restores a sense of security
5. Under Nose (Governing Meridian)
• Represents: Guilt, shame, powerlessness
• Purpose: Releases deep-seated guilt, restores confidence and personal power
6. Chin (Central Meridian – Stomach/Intestines)
• Represents: Self-worth, doubt, indecision
• Purpose: Supports self-expression, self-acceptance, and emotional stability
7. Collarbone (Kidney Meridian)
• Represents: Fear, survival instincts, insecurity
• Purpose: Helps shift fear into courage, grounds the nervous system
8. Under Arm (Spleen Meridian – About 4 inches below the armpit)
• Represents: Emotional processing, worry, low self-esteem
• Purpose: Releases stuck emotions, promotes empowerment and self-compassion
9. Top of Head (Crown Chakra – Governing Meridian)
• Represents: Spiritual connection, clarity, enlightenment
• Purpose: Integrates energy shifts, brings mental clarity, and connects to higher consciousness
By tapping on these points while focusing on a specific emotional or physical issue, EFT helps to clear energetic disruptions, regulate emotions, and promote overall well-being.
I hope that you enjoy this practice. More to come.
